LERN's latest member survey shows that Gen X and Gen Y members are now more than 40 percent of the LERN membership. If the last year of Generation Jones was included (birth year 1964), then GenX/Y would equal our Boomer members.
LERN has gained much recognition for successfully transitioning generationally to include and involve Gen X. One way is through our high-impact Summer Institutes. This year LERN is offering the following Institutes:
- eMarketing Institute
- Operations and Staffing Institute
- Program Management Institute
- Contract Training Institute
- Advanced Social Media and Mobile Marketing Institute
- CE and Credit Programming Institute
The member survey also show that some 40% of you have been in your position less than 4 years. And 20% of you have been in the field less than 4 years. Some 50% of you say you are in program planning and development; 31% in marketing/sales; and 23% in Operations.
A total of 957 members responded to our survey.
