marlinsThe LERN Institutes in Fort Lauderdale, Florida were a big hit. Over 90 people in attendance asking great questions and learning industry best practices. I presented the Operations & Staffing Institute with Holly Klotz from Schoolcraft College in Michigan. All programs in attendance are working hard to improve staff productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness and many winning strategies were shared and discussed. If you have never attended a LERN Institute, you should! While in Fort Lauderdale I attended a Miami Marlins baseball game with Fred Bayley and Tom Leaverton and we were up on the jumbotron. How very cool!
