I am having a great time working with continuing education divisions building their One-Year Business Plans. Most divisions operate on July-June Fiscal Years, so they are working hard to build plans for FY14. The One-Year Business Plan sets very specific division programming, marketing, sales, and operations direction and pushes the division to be more accountable. This past week I worked at Broward College with the Corporate and Continuing Education Division building their One-Year Business Plan. Staff worked hard answering tough questions and setting clear FY14 goals and numbers.
