Dr. Sharpe & Paige resized 600Spent two days in Tyler, Texas at Tyler Junior College working with Dr. Aubry Sharpe and his CE staff on setting direction for the next five years. Dr. Sharpe, a longtime continuing education Dean and supporter of LERN (some of you have heard my limo ride to Tyler, Texas story), will be retiring within five years and wants to ensure CE is positioned to survive and grow after he leaves. We worked on staffing, process,  sales, and other topics. I was able to report out to the President and his Vice Presidents. The temperature topped 100 both days!
