describe the imageSpent three days in Austin, Texas visiting the Thompson Conference Center at University of Texas. First program (Informal Classes is part of TCC) I have ever visited doing no print catalog and only eMarketing/social media and is growing registrations/revenue. Worked on their staffing structure (many Generation X & Y staff) to help improve productivity. Also found out a lot of information on UT's football problems! Great group of people!
