The last week or so I have been thinking about the most important mantras a lifelong learning program should be chanting. Examples are a) you can’t be everything to everybody, b) one new initiative a year, c) follow the AID Principle, and so on. I came up with 46 of them and I will be sharing with programs I visit in 2016.
The mantras can be used to critique your program, but most importantly to develop training. Increasing staff intellectual capital will be critical over the next five years.
