This week I hibernated in New Hampshire to write content for the LERN Online Operations Institute starting in mid-September.

I am excited about the Institute and the great help I am getting from operations experts.

During the week in New Hampshire, I walked six miles a day and one morning I came within 25 yards of this fella’s son. Luckily I could turn to the left and take a road less traveled!
