Traveled to Elk River, Minnesota to administer a Program Review for District 728 Community Education. These guys are doing outstanding work. The Programming staff attended the online LERN Program Management Institute with Fred Bayley and have taken to heart the best practices they learned. Most impressive is the work they are doing with data collection, data analysis, and making data-driven decisions. 

They have a great diversity in programming and a staff willing to change to increase productivity and efficiency. Excellent example of centralized operations. District 728 Community Education ROCKS!!!
