Parkway-Rockwood Community Education in the St. Louis area is a true success story. The two cities merged their community education programs to pool resources to ensure their patrons get the highest quality and diversity in programming possible.
Mergers are a trend in lifelong learning, and the Parkway-Rockwood Community Education Program is an excellent example of doing it right!
