My Program Review travels landed me in Olympia, Washington where I visited the City of Olympia Parks & Recreation Department (OPRD).

OPRD is an outstanding program with a high cost recovery percentage, diversified programming, very talented staff, and high customer satisfaction. They are an example of a lifelong learning program focused on improvement so they can better support their community.

Being from New England there was some Super Bowl trash talk, but we all got along and had a great time.
