Carla Hixson, Bismarck State College, North Dakota, presenting at the LERN Contract Training Conference this month in Chicago. The conference broke a registration record, with people coming from all over Canada and the United States.  Carla is also a Senior LERN Leader, one of the top 30 leaders who help plan future directions for LERN.
