I spent two days at Northwest Iowa Community College helping the Workforce & Continuing Education Division with their efforts to grow revenue.

Lots of work on staffing structure options, as well as building a FY16 One-Year Business Plan.

I am having lots of fun and I am impressed by the efforts being made by NWCC’s leadership to support WCE’s desire to be more successful. 

I am going back in July.
