Lots of people, as well as new tips and strategies shared by presenters and participants. Multiple lifelong learning programs reported doing more variance analysis, thus comparing performance to other time periods and/or factors.
 
An example being the percent of revenue generated compared to the percentage of classes offered. Variance analysis is an important method of determining shifts in performance.
