The Operations Institute this past week in San Diego was lots of fun.

A great mix of people - recreation, public schools, community colleges, universities, and a for-profit business. Lots of cutting edge best practices were shared.

Holly Klotz was amazing presenting on what she does day-to-day at Schoolcraft College, confirming operations tasks can be centralized successfully.

Great weather and lots of long walks! I presented for the first time on a boat!
