SuccessLast week I worked with the Northwest Iowa Community College Workforce & Continuing Education Team (WCE).

WCE is working hard to grow contract sales revenue, as well as expanding open enrollment offerings. President Alethea Stubbe participated in all meetings and helped design the staffing structure required to support growth.

Having a President engaged in discussions causes decisions to be made faster and gets better institution buy-in.

Continuing education staff always feel like the institution’s step-child, but support from the top makes a big difference in the success of a continuing education program.
