Over 70 percent of the technical assistance questions I get focus on staffing structure and staff productivity issues. With the goal of generating a minimum of $125,000 per staffing position, lifelong learning programs are working hard to be more productive and efficient. Most important is centralizing operational tasks so revenue generators can generate revenue.
