Many lifelong learning programs have built one-year business plans.

Steve Piersol, who leads the San Ramon Parks & Recreation Department Operations Team this past week shared with me the Plan he built with his team.

He followed the LERN Model, but made adjustments specific to his situation. The Plan is right on target and Steve reports staff having better direction and generating more on-track accomplishments.
